Delhi VAT return
I am trying to DVAT return on line . The site does not present form 2 A B for filling. Are they changing law , preparing for GST? Is it unoperational due to That. Whem will I be able to file return for Q4 2016-17

I'm from Karnataka. My knowledge of Delhi VAT is very limited.

GST should not be the reason for issue in dvat site. However, my dwlhi colleague would be in better position to answer this.
