I am an employee of a MNC and getting 8 LPA.
Along with that I have my own business i.e. blogging from which I am getting 6 LPA from advertisements.

How can I manage the ads revenue as white money without paying tax.

Dear Sir,

You have to pay applicable taxes on the business income. There is no way you can manage ad revenue as white money without paying taxes.

As mentioned earlier, there is no legal way to save taxes.

You can claim business expenses against it or flat 50% presumed profit as per section 44ADA (if applicable to you).

All reasonable expenses incurred for the purpose of earning your income from the business can be claimed out of your ad revenue. Such reasonable expenses are, for example, your internet connectivity bills, expenditure incurred on your content development, power and rent. Remember such expenses should be reasonable and attributable to your business operations. You can purchase capital equipments like laptop & furniture and claim depreciation on them as per Income Tax Rules.

Hi,

You can maintain books of accounts for your Business and file Returns.

Alternatively, you can opt for Presumptive Taxation and pay tax on 6% of your Turnover from Adsense

Sir if you are married then you can do the business on her name and not on your name.

If it is not possible then you can claim some expenses out of the business receipts and then show the remaining as profit and need to pay tax.

We cannot suggest of not paying the tax on blogging income . You need to pay the same by clubbing the income receiving as salary

Hi,

As your income falls under category of professional income ,you can not claim this income under presumptive income under section 44ad (which i meant for business income) and you dont fall under the category of presumptive income of professionals. you can check if any of the category suits to the services provided by you. Below is the link-

http://taxguru.in/income-tax/section-44ada-presumptive-tax-scheme-professionals.html

So you can claim expenses incurred to earn this income and file ITR 4.

Below are mentioned some of the expenses-

Domain Hosting Expense, Domain Purchase Expense, Blog Designing Expense etc

Rent Expense

Electricity Expense/ Telephone Expense/ Internet Expense/ Water Expense

Salary to Employees

Payment to Freelance Consultants
