Hi,

Do you have both the rental agreements in your name? Can you explain why it is necessary for you to stay 8 days at one place and other days at another place.

You mean 8 days in month...Right?

Please feel free to call/ revert in case you need more clarity.

Thanks and regards

Hi,

Could you please explain whether you are claiming the rent as business expense or for HRA? It will depend on the nature of income, i.e. business income or salary.

Hi,

Are you employed with any particular Company? If yes, are they paying you HRA Separately?

The answer to your query depends upon your response to my above query
