Hi Rajesh,
You need to get in touch with your bank and ask them to revise their TDS return.
Please feel free to call/ revert in case you need more clarity.

Hi Rajesh,
Contact your bank with the discrepancy providing correct details and get it updated therefrom.
Hi Rajesh,
Usually bank consider the first depositor of the Fixed Deposit as the owner and deduct tax in his name. The person should offer it to tax and claim the credit of the tax deducted by the bank.
In your case, is your father going to offer it to tax in India, or will you be?
If your father will be offering it to tax, then there should not be any problem as his PAN has been stated in the Form 16A. You can check his Form 26AS online, and if the credit is appearing there too, then he can offer it to tax and claim credit of the tax deducted.
If you are going to offer it to tax, then you will have to request the bank to rectify their TDS return and issue a new TDS certificate to you.
Trust this clarifies.
